He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Colombus Wildes, Jr. and Mary Elna Courson Wildes; his wife Carolyn Mitchum Wildes; and his siblings, Vernon Wildes, Darrell Randolph Wildes, Cassandra "Sandy" Wildes Douglas and Barry Maurice Wildes.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Wildes Howard (Jeff); his grandchildren, Cameron Christal Howard and Jeffery Micah Howard (Malarie); his great grandchild Adelaide Willow; his aunt Dolly; and his brother-in-law Tommy. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church (11407 Gapway Rd, Andrews, SC 29510).
