It is with sadness that the passing of KateLynn Owens (Andrews, South Carolina) is shared. KateLynn, born on October 11, 2007, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her close friend Anna Grace Cook. She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Davis Owens and William Shawn Owens; her grandparents, Randy, Gwen Davis of Andrews, Vernon and Linda Owens of Johnsonville; her sister Blakely Brown (Gibson) of Andrews; her boyfriend Will Hemingway of Georgetown; her aunt Leslie Piatt (Scott) of Andrews; her uncle Vernon Owens, II (Elizabeth) of St. George; and her cousins, Garrett Piatt of Andrews, Chase Owens of Elgin, Bailey Ison of West Ashley, Bryleigh Owens of St. George, Dowe Owens of St. George, Harper Owens of St. George and Naomi. She is also survived by numerous extended family and special friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Andrews First Baptist Church (10 N Rosemary Ave, Andrews, SC 29510). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
