He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Paul Lambert and Mary Margaret Terry Lambert; his son Herbert Paul "Herbie" Lambert; and his brother Ricky Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Angeline Cribb Lambert; his daughters, Margaret Dianne Thomas (Brad) of Georgetown and Sherry Alaine Zurcher (Harley) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Erin Thomas Watkins (Dale) of Georgetown, Bradley Herbert Thomas (Savanna) of Georgetown and Parker Flair Thomas (Courtney) of Georgetown; his stepgranddaughter Sabrina Wheeler of Cheraw; his great grandchildren, Makagen Watkins, Pierson Watkins, Logan Watkins, Kash Thomas and Klay Thomas; his stepgreat-grandchild Julionna White; his sister Hazel Cameron (Louie) of Georgetown; and his brother-in-law Charles Altman (Linda) of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church (8285 Saints Delight Rd, Andrews, SC 29510). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Lambert Cemetery.
