She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Olin "Bob" Watts, Sr.; her parents, George Darius Graham and Roxie Irene Harrelson Graham; and her siblings, Betty Moody, Georgie Ellis, Roxalee Morgan, Margie Rogers, John Graham, J. W. Graham and Harry Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Robert O. Watts, Jr. (Frankie Ann Tisdale) of Georgetown and Susan Jones Weckerly (Martin) of Moncks Corner; and her grandchildren, Bobby Watts of Georgetown, Carson Watts (Kailey) of Georgetown, Charlotte Luther Bull (Chris) of Columbia and Rebecca Luther Jones (Adam) of James Island. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church (8285 Saints Delight Rd, Andrews, SC 29510). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sampit Methodist Church Cemetery (1309 Saints Delight Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440).
