He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur Lee, Elva Bailey of Andrews, Milton and Mary Rogers of Williamston; and his mother-in-law Naydean Sims of Georgetown.

He is survived by: his father Larry Bert Rogers; his wife Wendy Sims Rogers of Georgetown; his mother Rose Rogers of Andrews; his sons, Thomas Bailey Rogers of Georgetown and Jonathan Bert Rogers of Georgetown; his aunts and uncles, Joe Rogers of Anderson, William "Bill" Bailey (Jackie) of Andrews, Ann Brown (Bruce) of Kingstree and Kathy Larson of Georgetown; his father-in-law Bernard L. Sims of Georgetown; his brother-in-law Freddie Sims of Georgetown; his nephews, Jackson Sims (Elizabeth) of New Jersey and Brock Sims of Georgetown; his niece Josie Laliberte (Bryce) of Georgetown; and his close friend Poncho.
