He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ervin Fulton and Leona Benton Long; and his son Walter Davis Fulton, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Fulton of Andrews; his children, Kevin Fulton (Joy) of Andrews, Jeff Fulton of Andrews and Sissy Jordan (Rodney) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Robby Fulton (Melanie) of Texas, David Fulton (Sayaka) of New Mexico, Paige Murrell (Will) of Andrews and Kelsey Fulton of Andrews; his great grandchildren, Guy Fulton, William Fulton, Adeline Fulton, Theo Fulton, Drake Murrell and Kinsley Murrell; his friends, Alice Watson and Shelly McNeely; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Hagy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

““I worked with Walter at Target Rock in NY for many years. He always told me I sounded like Marissa Tomei from My cousin Vinny (I didnt agree). Walter was the best. He had the best sense of humor and would make so many people laugh but he also had a very beautiful heart. In addition, he was so skilled in his profession and knew everything. I missed him so much when he left but now knowing he is gone i will miss him even more. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jamie and his family””
