She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Conner Jackson and Ellen Morris Jackson; her daughters, Virginia Ellen Hughes and Sharon Collis; and her grandson Buddy Hughes.
She is survived by: her son Clarence William Thames, Jr. (Lynn) of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Christal Perry, Cheryl Dioti (Fabio), Mandy Hodge (Jasper) and Kaitlin Thames (Britain); her great grandchildren, Shelbie, CJ, Alexis, Caleb and Connor; and her siblings, Edna Thames of Awendaw, SC and Frankie White of Ridgeville, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
