He is survived by: his wife Catherine E. Cooke; his children, Donald Cooke, Jr., Brenda Cooke, Susan Norris (Eugene) and Anita Brown; his stepchildren, Dale Andrews, Joseph Brookins, Danielle Haywood and Samantha Hickman; and his brother Thomas Cooke. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
