He is survived by: his wife Ann Dooley Lewis; his daughters, Cindie Price (Kenny) and Tammy Kirkley (Scott); his stepdaughters, Michelle Robertson (Alan) and Melody Shirley (Steven); his grandchildren, Keenan Price (Holly), Shane Kirkley (Annah), Tyler Price (Jessica), Meagan Branham (Clay) and Jeremy Moyers (Ashleigh); and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Price, Kelcie Price, Henry Price, Fiona Price, Evaline Price, Elliott Kirkley, Rosie Kirkley, Heidi Branham and Monty Branham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
