He is survived by: his children, William Henry Lewis IV (Lauren) and Mary Kate Lewis; his siblings, Saundra Kate Lewis and Arnold Wayne Lewis (Teresa); his niece Brittany Lewis; his nephew Noah Blair (Summer); and his great-niece Briona Eposito (Zack).
