She was predeceased by : her parents, George Cecil Bishop and Sarah Juanita Clayton Bishop; her former life partner Howard; her son Johnny Marsh Lyons; and her brother Roger Cecil Bishop.

She is survived by : her friend Ben Henry McMillan; her husband Henry; her son Timothy Terrell Lyons (Lynn) of Olar; and her brother Jacob Bishop of Ravenel.
