It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth G Clayton of Bamberg, South Carolina, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Luther Mastin; and her husband David Samuel Clayton Jr.. She is survived by : her mother Magdelene Plowden Gamble; her sons, David Luther Clayton (Sue) and Robert Earl Clayton; and her grandsons, David Paul Clayton (Ashley), Bryan Luther (Luke), Clayton (Jessica) of Beaufort, SC, Jacob Earl Clayton of Thornton, CO and Samuel Ethan Clayton (Ashlyn Sandifer).

Memorials may be made to the Colston Branch Baptist Church (655 Sunday School Dr, Bamberg SC 29003) or to the Gideons.
