Collins, III (Terri), Ben Collins (Katherine), Stephanie Mahuron (David) and Jessica Bernascone; his grandchildren, Samuel Collins, Andrew Collins, Aubry Collins, Rachel Collins, Taylor Collins, Chloe Mahuron, Parker Mahuron, Tristan Bernascone, Ava Bernascone, Gabriel Bernascone and Olivia Bridges; his great grandchildren, Hadley Collins and Haizley Maddison; his siblings, Janice Grubbs (Riley), Bob Collins (Gwen) and Chris Collins; his siblings-in-law, Cliff Johnstone, Jason Truett (Becky), Harry Lee Truett and Lynn Crosby; and his niece Dianna Crosby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
