He is survived by: his siblings, Coretta Downing of Orangeburg, Tim Downing (Belinda), Bobby Downing of Bamberg, Edward Downing (Necole) of Summerville and Brint Downing (Samantha) of Maryland; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Brown (Willie) of Ehrhardt, Sheila Washington, Pamela Johnson (Francis), Terry Washington of Bamberg and Anthony Chris Washington of Bamberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
