He was predeceased by : his parents, Clevid Fisk and Bessie Duboise; and his siblings, Franklin Fisk (Phyllis) and Catherine Fisk. He is survived by : his sons, Robbie C. Fisk and Kim A. Fisk; his daughter-in-law Teresa J. Fisk; his wife Katherine Fisk; his sons, Jackie Ray Fisk Jr. (Teresa), William Allen Fisk (Doris) and Roger W. Rudd (Sandy); his brother Clevie Fisk, Jr. (Valetta); and his grandchildren, Renee Linder (Bubba), J. R. Fisk (Megan), Christopher Fisk (Bobo), Allison Sheppard (Herman), Kevin Fisk (Brittney), Kenna Fisk, Nicky Hughes, Channing Fisk, Kim Anthony Fisk, Jr., Lacey Fisk, Scarlett Rudd and Desiree Moore. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Throughout his battle with Alzheimer's, he never forgot his family and they will never forget him.
