She is survived by: her husband Robert Smith; and her children, Dawn Smith Broadwell (Myron), Robert Smith (Theresa), Kyle Smith (Traci), Matthew Smith (Catherine) and Allison Smith Farnell (Edwin). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Bamberg First Baptist Church Music Ministry P.O. Box 355 Bamberg, SC 29003 in honor of Jackie's many years of faithful service and as the church organist.
