He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Blackwell and Mattle I. Blackwell; and his son Dewayne Blackwell. He is survived by : his wife Jane Kay Fennell Blackwell; his sons, Michael Blackwell of Sachse, TX, Reuben Blackwell of Richardson, TX, Bruce Blackwell (Kim) of Kathleen, GA and Chuck Bell (Barbara) of Barnwell, SC; his grandchildren, Ryan Blackwell (Michaela), Brody Blackwell, Holden Blackwell, Chase Bell (Kinsley), Brooke Davis (Tyler) and Cierra Smith (Corey); and his great grandchildren, Chance, Peyton, Paisley, Presley and Lexi.
