She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Henry McMillan; and her grandchild Aubrey. She is survived by: her mother Lucinda Craven McMillan (Charles Dandridge) of Walterboro; her husband Scottie Rast; her children, Troy Scott Stephens of Bamberg, Dalton Lee Stephens of Walterboro, Madison Jeannette Stephens (James Moore) of Walterboro and Lauren Moore (Timothy) of Hardeeville; her brothers, Mark McMillan (Laura) of Greenville and Tommy McMillan of Walterboro; and her grandsons, Grayson, Dalton, Levi, Jackson, Xavier and Oliver. She is also survived by extended family members to include, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice Herndon Funeral Home - Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
