She was predeceased by : her parents, Shep Cooper and Lucille Tuebeville Cooper. She is survived by : her husband Roger M. Hughes; her children, Stephen Hughes, Christi Williams and Kelli Walling Parker; and her sister Elneta Blocker. She is also survived by her grand children, nieces and nephews.
