As we bid adieu to Ruth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ruth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Colston Branch Baptist Church (655 State Rd S-5-205, Bamberg, SC 29003). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ivy Baptist Church (1053 Crossroads Pkwy, Mars Hill, NC 28754).
Memorials may be made to Colston Branch Baptist Church Bamberg SC, Ebenezer Baptist Church Cordova SC, or Edisto Hospice Orangeburg.
