She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Jane and William Carl Jacobs. She is survived by : her husband Ray Fisk; her children, Renee Linder (Bubba) and J. R. Fisk (Megan); her grandchildren, Michael Bellamy (Tori), Bryce Hughes (Rachel), Austin Fisk, Addison Linder, McKinley Fisk, Riley Linder and Rayghan Linder; her great grandchild Coastlynn Bellamy; her brothers, William Jacobs (Nancy) and Gary Jacobs; her aunt Mary Flowers Odom; and her sisters, Misty Cook and Anna Cooler Carr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Also, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of her fight.
