She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Roy Hughes and Nell Rentz Hughes; her former husband James Delma Strickland; her son Arthur Sebron Wilson; and her siblings, Roy Stuckey Hughes, Charles Edward Hughes and Sally Heape Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. "Bennie" Wilson; her children, Dale Strickland (Emily) of Greer, Benja Wilson (Lea) of Lexington and Missey McGee (Floyd) of Spartanburg; her siblings, Bennie Hughes (Marsha) of Ehrhardt and Eunice "Flucie" Sease of Ehrhardt; her grandchildren, Sarah Strickland, Kristen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Tori Sharpe, Kelly Sharpe, Seth Jeffcoat (Leigh), Hannah Jeffcoat Robbins (Scott), Max McGee (Megan) and Meredith McGee; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, John, Hayden, Camden and Maddox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Hunters Chapel Baptist Church.
