It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Kinard Dresko (Barnwell, South Carolina), born in Bamberg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Owen G. Kinard; her husband John Lawrence Dresko; and her siblings, Grady Kinard, Marial Kinard, Paul Kinard, Leighton Kinard, George Kinard and Peggy Dyches.

She is survived by : her siblings, James V. Kinard of Las Vegas, Neeley Kinard (Jean) of Barnwell, SC and Rosa L. Kinard of Olar, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
