It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Herman Westmoreland (Barnwell, South Carolina), born in Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Jack Westmoreland; and his sisters, Sandra Noe, Jane Westmoreland, Ann Smith, Jackie Sox and Toni Long.

He is survived by : his wife Judy K. Westmoreland of Barnwell, SC; his children, Dawn Westmoreland Butts (Michael) of North Augusta, SC and J. J. Westmoreland (Laurie) of New Orleans, LA; his granddaughters, Avery and Natalie Westmoreland; his sisters, Nell Ducan (Sammy) and Mary Jo Katz; and his pet Cali.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Barnwell United Methodist Church Cemetery, P.O. Box 126 Barnwell, SC 29812, and the St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
