He is survived by : his former life partner Zilliah Sanders Strother of Barnwell; his children, Alan Strother of Brunson and Nancy Strother (Leonard); his stepgrandsons, Connor "Lucy" Hutto and Cody Hutto; and his brothers, Earl D. "Louise" Strother of Graniteville and Robert G. Strother of Spartanburg.
