He was predeceased by: his parents, Manning Halford Fogle, Sr. and Modelle Wilson Fogle; his siblings, Shelby Garrick Lemmons, Manning "Buster" Fogle, Coker Fogle (Margaret Ann) and Lee Ozdelle "L. O." Fogle; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Hartzog, David Hartzog and Judy Hartzog Wilson.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Fogle (Caroline) of Chapin, SC and Brandon Fogle (Lana) of Barnwell, SC; his grandson Aiden Fogle; and his siblings-in-law, Maggie Fogle and Wesley Hartzog. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
