He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Howard Williams, Sr. and Betty Bodie Quick; and his brothers, Thomas Robert "Tommy" Williams and Frederick Howard "Fred" Williams, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wright Williams; his children, Justin Williams (Haley), James Theodore "Theo" Williams of Columbia, SC and Keri Owens (Brian); his grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Hurt (Josh) and Maddox Heath Owens of Louisville, KY; his daughter Shannon Phelps (Todd); his grandchildren, Skylar Marie Phelps and Gavin Williams Phelps of San Diego, CA; his daughter Bethany Smith (Cole); his grandchildren, Anna Grace Tallent (Zak) and Irelyn Rose Smith of North Augusta, SC.; and his great grandchild Griffin Oliver Tallent. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
