Justin Carroll Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2020, at the age of 33, Justin Carroll of Barnwell, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Justin Carroll to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed Powers, Marvin and Thelma Carroll. He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Powers Starling (William) of Prosperity and Ed Carroll (Wren) of Barnwell; his siblings, Whitney Brown (Todd) of Lexington, Courtney Starling (Bryan) of Columbia, Stephen Starling (Whitney June) of West Columbia and Jonathan Hart of Augusta, GA; his grandmother Iris Powers of Aiken; his nieces and nephews, Riley, Jackson Brown, Eliza June and Henry Starling; and also David Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
