She is survived by: her daughter Debra B. Carter (Cecil); and her sisters, Gwen Hutto and Ann Waldrop. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery (Barnwell, SC 29812). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at the same location.
