With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Eugene Kelly of Barnwell, South Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth Kelly, Sr. and Catherine Jeanette Kelly; his brother Charles K. Kelly, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Connie Whetzel and Jack Robinson Sr.; his brother-in-law Joe Gioiosa; and his friend Gary Hutson.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kelly; his daughters, Jessica Owens (Daron) of Barnwell, SC and Michelle Kelly of Barnwell, SC; his granddaughters, Madison "Scooterbug" Zissett (Kodee) of Barnwell, SC, Allison "Bootie" Owens of Barnwell, SC and Alexis "Tuti" Smith of Barnwell, SC; his sisters, Sandra Binotto (Paul) of Augusta, WV, Teresa Diane Cooper (Daniel) of Lovettsville, VA, Sherry Holley (Jeff) of Williston, SC and Kimberly Quezada (Romulo) of Martinsburg, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Kelly of Ranson, WV, Debbie Gioiosa of Barnwell, SC and Jack "Buddy" Robinson, Jr. of Aiken, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Folk Funeral Home (170 Elko St, Williston, SC 29853-2612). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (2648 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
