It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie Francis Atkinson Wood of Barnwell, South Carolina, born in Hawthorne, Florida, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father John J. Atkinson; and her siblings, Floyd Atkinson, Tom Atkinson, Martha Parker and Sally Mae Roundtree.

She is survived by : her daughter Mary W. Still. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
