She was predeceased by : her parents, Singleton Cleo and Maggie Hallman Hall; her husband Jones Rembert Waters; and her siblings, Cecil D. Hall, Sr., Thelma Waters, Frances Wise and Martha Ricard.
She is survived by : her children, Charles Waters (Kendra), Debbie Lewis (Robert) and Susan Griffin (Daniel). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
