She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe and Bessie Catherine Hall Day; her husband Everett Wilbur Taylor; her siblings, Parnell Day (Lena), James Day, Helen Jameson (Henly), Lois Rikard (Vic), Elizabeth Long (WD), Jimmie Ricard (Harold) and Shirley Jones (Edward); and her brothers-in-law, Cecil Mayer, Roderick Shealy and Max Boozer.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Taylor (Nancy) and Kelly Taylor; her grandchildren, Cameron Taylor, Haylie Taylor and Michael Fox (Erica); her sisters, Ruth Mayer Melton, Ann Shealy, Nancy Arrington (Aubrey) and Jonelle Boozer; and her sisters-in-law, Pat West and Arlene Day. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
