Julia McAuley Obituary

We announce the death of Julia McAuley of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 98. Julia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Franklin Looper, Sr. and Leora Hill Looper; and her siblings, Rufus Franklin Looper, Jr. and Marietta Looper Couch. She is survived by: her husband Albert Neil McAuley; her children, Julia Adele McAuley, Stephen Neil McAuley, Jeffrey Scott McAuley and David Franklin McAuley; her grandsons, Michael McAuley, Jason Neil McAuley and Gregory McAuley; and her great grandchildren, Drake, Zander, Jace, Freya, Allison and Bellamy.
