He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Shealy and Ann Shealy. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Gwen" Corley Shealy; his sons, Robert E. Shealy, Jr. and Travis Shealy (Special); and his brother Jeffrey Shealy (Jan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
