She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman H. Worley and Myrtle Sligh Worley Moore; her husband B. "Skipper" Skipper; and her daughter Anne Shepherd Burke. She is survived by : her daughters, Caroline S. Stone (Jerry), Katherine S. Stone and Molly S. Burkett (Clay); her siblings, Norman Worley and Linda Worley Glass; and her friend Shadie Merritt. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14, great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home Batesburg-Leesville Chapel (256 Main St, Leesville, SC 29070).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the American Cancer Society.
