Leaphart; his wife Sallie Watkins Leaphart; his children, Christopher Leaphart (Amy), Emory Jones (Ryan Lee), Bailey Brady (Nathan), Whitney Compton (Adam), Ashley Jones and Brooke Randall; his grandchildren, Jordan Jones, Caleb, Caslyn, Connor Sellers, Ayden, Adyson Compton, Nate and Natalee Leaphart; his stepmother Joanne Leaphart; his siblings, Terry Leaphart, Jackie Gantt (Tonya), Ollie Leaphart (Angie) and Peggy Hall; his aunts and uncles, Lillian Coats (Billy), Guy Whittle (Lona), Billy Whittle (June) and Irene McCullough (Vernon); his brothers, Bobby "Bird" Leaphart and Timothy "Timbo" Leaphart; his brother-in-law Neal Hall; his grandparents, Liller Jane, Clarendon J. Leaphart, Otis and Blanche Whittle; his family, Jerry Holmes, Smith Holmes, Thomas Holmes, Grant Holcomb, Claude Burton, Willie Gartrell, Scotty Cleveland, Roy Cleveland, Melissa Hook, Jimmy Luquire, Barbara Roland, Karen Cato, Roxanne Maffett, Joel Long and Cliff Long; and his niece Missy Lewis. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Ebal Baptist Church (5 Lion Loop, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Aiken Memorial Gardens (1523 Edgefield Hwy, Aiken, SC 29801).
