He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Parker Barnes, Sr. of Walterboro and Dolores Marie Kennedy of New Orleans; his wife Angela Bultman; his daughter Bartlette; his grandchild Parker; his children-in-law, Kirk and Allison; and his granddaughters, Campbell, Ford and Hannah Parker.
A graveside service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Helena's Anglican Church (507 Newcastle St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
