He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley John Caldwell, Jr. and Elizabeth Moseley Caldwell; and his brother Julian Thomas Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Connelly Caldwell of Beaufort, SC; his nephew Nicholas Caldwell; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tracy Jones (Scott) and Travis Bowers (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Tyler, Cheryl, Conley and Annalee; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Mason, Makenzie and Sapphire.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baptist Church of Beaufort (601 Charles St #600, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
