He was predeceased by: his father Michael Douglas Mull. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Hummel Mull; his wife Katie Temple Mull; his sons, Walker and Mason Mull; his siblings, Gretchen Mull Hudson of Birmingham, Meghan Mull of Seattle, Washington and Christopher Mull of Grapevine, Texas; and his stepmother Priscilla "Perky" Mull. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
