It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doris Davidson of Beaufort, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 91, on September 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Crisp and Bessie Crisp; her husband Donald Morrall Davidson; her brother LaVerne Crisp; and her daughter Darlene Davidson Rooker.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Davidson Spencer (Bill) of Beaufort and Danny Davidson of Charleston; her brother Howard Crisp of Melborne, FL; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Krystal, Rusty and Timmy. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Agape Hospice of Beaufort or the Beaufort County Animal Shelter.
