He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douglas Hart, Sr. and Mary Katherine Armstrong Hart; and his brother Thomas Aquinas Hart. He is survived by: his wife Jeannice Wood Hart of Beaufort, SC; his children, E. Douglas Hart, III and Julee Ann Hart; his siblings, Steven Thomas Hart (Lori), George Wallace Hart (William) and Deborah Jean Callery (Jack); his sister-in-law Ellen E Hart; and his son Tom. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Doug's name to the Beaufort DAV Chap. 12, P. O. Box 392, Port Royal, SC. 29935.
