He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Ogden and Barbara Ogden. He is survived by: his wife Denise Ogden; and his siblings, Jim Ogden (Valerie) of Shingle Springs, California, Peter Ogden (Kay) of Madison, Wisconsin and Cathy Levin (Harold) of Jersey City.
