As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dusty may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Neil and Henry Conner; and his brother Kim Conner. He is survived by: his husband Brad Ballington; and his siblings, Jerry Conner of Lumberton, NC, Linda Bissell, Nancy Wilkerson of Lumberton, NC and Yvonne Britt of Chadburn, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
