Purvis, MD of Knoxville, Tennessee.; her daughters, Chilton Simmons (George Heath Simmons, MD) and Katherine Hefner (Ashley Allen Hefner); her husband Gene Waring Grace; and her grandchildren, George Waring Simmons, Grace Evelyn Simmons, Harrison Love Simmons, Vann Harrison Hefner, Ford Hamilton Hefner and Bray Waring Hefner.
