She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Foster (Smith) and Roy Foster; her son Bruce Foster; and her siblings, James Foster, Lida Ellen Baggett and Bell Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Munroe of Beaufort; and her siblings, Pauline Nobel, Effie Ruth Maready and Robert "Buddy" Foster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Hill Baptist Church (600 Charles St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Eunice's memory to a local animal shelter or animal rescue organization of your choice—a fitting tribute to someone whose life was made richer by the animals she loved so dearly.
