He is survived by: his wife Cindi; his children, Gregory (Shirley), Martin, Kevin, Darrell Crouse and Brenda "BJ" Crouse; and his brother Roger Crouse. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
