He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bowers and Mary Albanese Bowers; and his daughter Kim Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ramsey Bowers of Beaufort, SC; his sons, Gordon C. Bowers and Richard Bowers; and his siblings, Tim, Jeff Bowers, May Lou Henry and Betty Hagin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (611 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carl Anderson Memorial Chapel.
