He is survived by: his siblings, John "Toni" Moulton Lovejoy, Jr., Lynn Marceau Hallowell (John) and Samuel Holden Lovejoy; his wife Mary Jane Mixson; his children, Hugh "Skip" M. Lovejoy, Jr. (Joyce), Benjamin M. Lovejoy (Kelly), Mims Lovejoy Taylor (Kent) and Mary "Boo" L. Weldon (Ken); his grandchildren, Lauren Day, John Lovejoy, Michael Lovejoy, Cameron Lovejoy, Duncan Lovejoy, Patrick Taylor (Cecilia), Nicholas Taylor (Chelsea), Mattie Zanin (Tradd), Mims Weldon, Kendall Devlin and Jack Devlin; and his great grandchildren, Clara Margaret Day, Elizabeth "Emmy" Day and Lily Lovejoy Taylor.
