Bukoffsky (Kathy) of Slocomb, Alabama, Kathy Tindal of Moncks Corner, Lukas Bukoffsky and Amanda Bukoffsky of Beaufort; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Jason and KaJuan; and his siblings, Joe Bukoffsky (Tammy) of Canton, John Bukoffsky (Stephanie) of Carson, Virginia and Barbara "Barb" Zwick (Ron) of Bolivar, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
